Could White Patch On Nose Of A 2 Year Old Be A Vitiligo Patch?

hello sir, My 2 year old kid has developed a white patch on the nose. Is this a vitiligo patch? I have vitiligo since 2 years from the time of delivery and it started from the nose only. Is there chances for my baby also to have vitiligo. Is this heriditary?could you please help
