Could White Bumps And Red Dots On Penis Be Related To STD?

Hi im 24 and had sex with a girl and my cuando broke and at first I got lots of little red dots all over head of penis the next day than they went away but when I have sex they seem to come back right after I finish? Also when I stretch my skin around my penis alot of white looking pimples are visible all over my sling and underneath my penis? Only visible when I stratch my skin im scared do I have herpies or genetal warts? Or some type of std? They don't hurt or burn either.
