Could Vomiting Be Due To Inhalation Of Bleach Fumes?

I dumped a bathroom trash can filled with bleach down the bathtub drain and flushed it for several minutes with fresh water from the tap. Shortly thereafter, my wife bathed our children, ages 5 and 2, in the tub. Later in the day, both children were vomiting and my son has a fever. However, they are both in good spirits now and the vomiting has ceased. When asked whether his throat or stomach burn or feel irritated, he says, No. Should I be concerned, or does this sound like a stomach bugs they passed to one another?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, but the history given here merely coincidence and this is nothing to take anything with the bleach, what happened in the bathroom, so the symptoms could be something else and not due to bleach contaminated water, this can only be concern if this does not come around in couple of days or symptoms become worse, hope this information helps, take care.
