Could Tiny Blisters Be Due To Quitting Smoking?

Hi, I m near approaching 40 and stopped smoking two months ago. I ve broken out in the worst acne (tiny little blisters) I can ever remember having and was wondering if this is because of quitting smoking and the acne will go away once my body gets rid of the toxins. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance.
