I am suggesting for you to go to your gynecologist right away. You could have a serious infection going on. I dont know if you have had intercourse or not but pregnancy, miscarriage or even cysts on your ovaries are all possible. If you have lower back pain or even burning urination, along with abdominal cramping and aches could even be a kidney or bladder infection or Urinary tract infection? Don't wait to seek help when it comes to your health. Please take care and seek a physicians care right away.
