Could The Womb Growth Cause Diarrhea With Mucus And Foam?

Hello, Please help I have no clue what is wrong. My poop can be very hit or miss but only a few times it is normal like toothpaste and all the other times it is like I have projectile like poop that I am running to get to the toilet on time and then I am there until mucus is on the paper. But tonight it was different, I had a bunch of foam after the mucus. I know I have a growth in my womb that I am getting tested and of course that has made my belly hurt. Is there something else that I should look out for or is it all related to the growth.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of foam and mucus in the stool, poop can be hit or miss, sometimes normal like a toothpaste and other times can be very urgent.
You have been investigated for a mass in the uterus/womb.
I can get the following from the history you have provided.:
There is an element of colitis hence the different symptoms at different times.
I would advise you the following:
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
A 5 day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and antispasmodic if required.
Stop the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.
If no complete relief then further studies like CT scan of the abdomen and
Colonoscopy and biopsy as required to get a proper diagnosis and have proper treatment.
