Could The Soft Tissue Damage Be From My Previous Injury?

I hurt my foot a month ago but needed no treatment and pain went away quickly. A week ago I hurt the foot after hitting it hard and cutting it against a pole. Said was soft tissue damage. On crutches. Told to rest. Hurts a lot. Could this be related to a month ago or would the damage be from the recent more painful injury.

Hi, Welcome to healhcaremagic. After going through your query I concluded that you got injured twice.Your first injury healed well and you became pain free. You got again injury. Your pain is likely to be due to later injury. It seems to me soft tissue injury. However you can get your x ray to rule out soft tissue injury. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.Vitamin B and C help in recovery. You can discuss with your doctor about it. I hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions and follow up query then please don't hesitate to writings to us. I will be happy to answer your queries Wishing you good health. Take care.
