Could The Red Bite On The Inner Arm Be A Spider Bite?

I have had a very small red bite on my inner arm for two months now. It feels like a fresh burn and after I apply antibiotic to the place it appears to begin to heal then reactivates and feels like a fresh bite and burns again. I have had four brown recluse bites at one time many years ago and it acts like the same thing except there is no deterioration of the skin. Does this sound like a brown recluse and what more can I do on my own as I know from the past that it took me about three months to heal.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be trauma or injured wound but it could be some dermatological condition and it may be skin disease and most of such lesions are steroid responsive so better try Mometasone cream and this fails to response then better to see the dermatologist it may needs biopsy hope this information helps.
