Could The Purple Rash On Lower Lip Indicate Heat Rash?
my fourteen year old has a purple rash under his lower lip and under chin, he does not have a temperature, the rash is a light purple colour and slightly spotty. it has become present only this afternoon. it has been very hot here the last few days but does not look the same as heat rash we have seen on him before. generally he is feeling well

This could be due to trauma, apply a antiseptic cream over it topically.
Take vitamin C suplements.
