If I were pregnant, I would be nearing 9 weeks. I believe I conceived because I was taking antibiotics while on birth control with no back up. I have had nearly all pregnancy symptoms except a missed period and tender breasts. My periods have been on time, but were much lighter than normal with off and on bleeding. I have gotten several negative urine tests, at home and in clinic. After my most recent urine sample, the nurse told me that it "smelled pregnant," but was negative and sent me in for a blood test. I am currently awaiting the results. How accurate is a urine "smell?" I have never heard of this before.
