Could The Pea-sized Lump In Pectoral Muscles Be A Cyst?

Just curious. I am a 48 y/o male and I have had a small pea sized lump in between my pectoral muscles. Lately it seems like it has gotten a bit bigger. Anything to worry about. I have a friend that has the same thing and I understand this is somewhat normal and that it is probably a cyst. I first noticed the lump over 10years ago

If this lump is present since 10 years than it is nothing to be worried about. If you are concerned too much than you can show to a doctor and get ultrasound. I think either it is a Lipoma or a enlarge, calcified lymph node.
