Could The Pain In Hip Be Due To Strep In Urine?
i had my urine tested and at a column were they wrote culture they said yielded heavy growth of strep.spps on both hvs and urine . Used to have a serious waste pain and they said it is related to it, took medication but i still feel the pain. Pls what shud i do? Best, Nig, 29

pain in hip and pelvic area possible and commonest cause in females is urinary tract infection.
unless you dont have a history of fall and hit in hip area, we conclude pain is because of infection . associated symptoms like fever,urinary tract irritation should be ruled out.
proper choice of antibiotic medication should be followed for the recommended period.
