Could The Itching On Child's Penis Due To The Intake Of Antibiotics?

my son is almost 3 yrs old, and this afternoon he complained about itching in his penis, i live in france and i put him a cream i use for bum rush and it helped him, but now during night he was complaining again, it is quite red the top of his penis and it looks swollen... he had 5 days 39,5 c fever and than he got antibiotics, and he is still under them, can this be from the antibiotics?? at home i have two cream, what shall i use, fuicidine 2 % and ciclopirox olamine 1%

Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
Itching does not occur due to antibiotics.
Probably there is inflammation over the penis With antibiotics it started healing.
during healing of a wound there will be little bit of itching.
You can use fucidin cream for local application.
