Could The Congested Throat And Skin Patch On My Throat Be Cancer?

I am 29. Smoked 1 pack a day and chewed for 3 years since i was 16. Have had a sore throat for the past 5 day. Little congested. A little better during the day, worse at night. Patch the size of an eraser on the back om my throat. Could it be cancer at such a young age.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some upper respiratory tract infection like pharyngitis or some early cancer. You should go for examination. You should take a course of antibiotics like azithromycin. If it remains persistently then you should go for biopsy of that lesion once. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
