This has lead to infection / severe bout of bleeding in last 2 days time,after initial recovery. Now the darker color-indicates-clot with thrombosed Hemorrhoid. The cause of severe bleeding after urination-post lancing of the thrombosed hemorrhoids,is that the increased anal presssure during the urination,has increased engorgement of the Varicose ano-rectal veins,which got released the lanced hemorrhoid with severe bout of bleeding after urination. Do s Suggested- Don t waste time,and Consult Surgeon only,as it is a complicated case of External thrombosed hemorrhoids, untimely lanced by a Junior Doctor in ER mostly.
