Could Tearing Sound In Ear And Numbness In Body Be Related To Migraine?

hi i have 2 problem both on right side of my body when i streght my mouth i hear a tearin sound from just above the top of my ear should i be worried could it be related to my migraines and my right side of my body is constantly goin numb with the last 3 weeks what does it mean

I have gone through your query; it suggests that it may not be related to the migraine, it is the separate entity.
For this you may go for
1. Ear examination to rule out wax or any infection and status of the tympanic membrane.
2. Pure tone audiometry to check the status of the hearing.
3. Impedance audiometry.
