Could Swelling In Joints Be Due To Cholesterol Medication?

My colesterol is 200 but I believe the medication for lowering it is causing to get swelling joints on my hands and more muscular pain I also have a blood pressure problem. I don t want to take them anymore because they are making me sick. What other choises I have.. tHere are no problems in my family with heart des ease but Hight colesterol and b/p.

The best way to lower the cholesterol beside the medicines are cut down the calorie in diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, these is most advisable even if you do not have any side effects of medicines that is being take for cholesterol, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
