Could Swelling In Foot Be Due To Nerve Pressure From Herniated Disc?

I have 3 herniated discs from L2/3, L3/4 & L4/5. Original on set of spasms & pain was on right side, with numbness to right toe. Now pain has shifted to left side. With spasms and radiating pain in left buttock, hip, left side of leg to ankle. Now right foot is swollen & getting stabbing pain in toe, where it was numb before. It has been 3 weeks & no improvement. Have had 3 physio sessions. Is the selling of foot due to medication Lyrica & Targin. Or nerve pressure from herniated discs?

I really appreciate your concern if the main concern is swelling then this may not be due to medicines or medical condition that you have but this could be something else and here differential diagnosis need to be ruled out, till the try to keep the leg in elevated position, hope this information helps, take care.
