Could Swallowing Of Etching Fluid During Pregnancy Be Dangerous?

hi just had a root canal done today, I am 23 weeks pregnant. Dentist removed the dental dam to do the finishing touched but I accidentally swallowed some of the etching fluid when they failed to suction it out fast enough. Is this dangerous to the baby?

it is not gangrenous to foetus. it is not harmfull to foetus. it hastobe absorved and inblood it hasto cross placental barrier. it will remain in your system may be little gastric irritant to you. drink water andiwill be excreated by urine.
