I had an episode where I got a really bad headache suddenly, couldn't think or make sentences that made any sense, arm tingled and felt dizzy. I am very healthy, exercise constantly, have blood and checkups every year, eat healthy and I am not overweight. Thinking could be Mini stroke, but don't understand how. It's been 2 days. Have dull headache most of the time but could be allergy or stress. Who knows? Everyone all freaked out because my girls who are 23 and 26 panicked when they saw me.
