Could Stomach Upset, cough And Headache Be Symptoms Of Viral Cold?

I started on Friday with mild cold symptoms that got worse yesterday blowing my nose all day, headache, tired and stomach upset when took my vitamins, no fever though. I take Vit. C 500mg and 200 mg zinc everyday plus multi. Today congestion seems much better (took 1 musinex last night), still have stomach problems when I took Vit. C & zinc but my back aches and spasms (mid) when I twist or turn and feel out of sorts, slight cough with no sputum. Is this a viral cold?

thank you for asking!
cold is mostly viral. stomach upset is due to the mucus absorbed too much and swallowed. It give gut a cramp some time rest innocuous and self resolving. You need some antispasmodic and skeletal muscle relaxant and some rest. the symptoms are innocuous and self resolving.Just wait and see is the drill you need to perform.
take care
