Could Stomach Pain Be Related To E-coli?

I have been having severe stomach pain for six days. Could it be E-Coli from bottled water? I bought bottled water on Thursday of last week when the pain stared. My lower abdominal area hurts (burns) when I sit or bend over. I ve been putting an icepack on it, which helps.

Thank you for the concern. Yes it could be ecoli from drinking water which causes pain. You should start taking antibiotics (ofloxacin 100 mg twice daily) but the burning sensation is not due to that it might be due to gastric acidity so you can take omeprazole at empty stomach
