Could Stiff Muscles Be The Cause For Swollen Lymph Nodes In Collarbone?

Can stiff muscles cause swollen lymph nodes in the underarm, collarbone, and near the brestbone? Earlier this week, I was diagnosed with Stage I tubular carcinoma in my right breat. I told the doctor who did the biopsy and sonogram that I was experiencing pain in these areas. She didn t check them out and said that it was probably just something to do with my muscles. Is there any truth to this or did she just write me off? Your thoughts? Amy
