Could Stabbing Pain In Stomach, Nausea With Missed Periods Be Stomach Ulcer?
I believe i have a stomach ulcer because of stabbing pains i get in the middle of my stomach under my breasts and nausea which has been happening for kmonths now but I was wondering if this can cause me to miss my periode which was due on the 9th and it is now the 24th. I have taken two test the first 3 missed days and another the next week and both came out negative. Could it be pregnancy or my ulcer?

Stabbing stomach with nausea can be stomach ulcer or else. A missed period is not associated with a stomach ulcer, as the urinary pregnancy test is negative; it is more likely from an underlying hormonal imbalance issue.
