Could Sore Throat And Fever Be The Symptoms Of HIV?

Hello. I had unprotected sex march 7 and exactly 1 month later i had A horrible sore throat that ended up turning into bronchitis. I also had low fever for 1 week. and now this is week 6 and still have the cough. Bc i went to the dr late. She said i may have had strep throat or the flu. Although she tested me for those they came back negative. Ahe ended up diagnoating bronchitis.Are these signsof hiv?
