Could Sore Chest,neck And Throat, Tingling Tongue, Pain In Arm Reduced With Nitro Be Micro Vascular Disease?

my chest was sore in my right area of chest. right arm was hurting. My neck and throat felt sore. my tongue was tingling. after 2 hrs I luckily found a some nitro from a heart episode I had six months earlier. I took two nitro under tongue and pain subsided and I was much better in 1/2hour. all better 4 hrs later. Is this micro vascular disease ?

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms you have reported. They are suggestive of a heart related pain and its immediate response to nitrogycerines adds even more weight to that. I will suggest that you strongly consider visiting your doctor for a closer evaluation and possible treatment of this condition. It wouldn't be a microvascular disease but probably a macrovascular disease related to the heart.
