Hi,

Meth can impair the healing of wounds and injuries. It is possible that you might have damaged your tongue when you bit it and the area has not healed properly. The other possibility is a deficiency of B-complex vitamins which is common in people on meth. B-complex vitamins are necessary for a healthy tongue and deficiency can cause inflammation of the tongue. Please stay away from meth and take vitamin supplementation.

Hope this is of help. Best wishes.
