Could Smoking Marijuana Be The Cause For The Formation Of Pus On Tonsils?
So about 2 weeks ago I had tonsilitis (puss on my tonsils, sore throat, etc.) it went away for a couple of days but now it came back except now my tonsils are very swollen to the point where I can barely see my uvula. I am wondering if smoking marijuana would harm my tonsils in any way? Thanks

Although smoking marijuana may not directly affect your tonsils but it may pre dispose to an infection of the tonsils , You should meet your ent doctor as you may need to start on a course of antibiotics. please stop smoking !!

I got read your question and got your concerns.
If i was your treating doctor, i would suggest to stop smoking as it will exaggerate infection. Use anti allergic and decongestant like fexofinadine+psuedoephedrine, paracetamol and antibiotics like co-amoxiclave for a week
