Hi, I'm a little concerned. My girlfriend, whom I live with, was just taken off prozac and put on bupropion. She is is having severe side effects which include severe hand tremors, slurred speach, and confusion. The doctor decided to take her off of it, which has been a little over 24 hrs now, and put her on lorazepam. Her condition hasn't gotten any better. So, I was wondering if you knew how long it could take for the side effects from the bupropion to wear off, or should I take her to the ER?
