Could Severe Joint Pain, Nausea And Loss Of Appetite Indicate Hepatitis?

Very lethargic , can't sleep have had severe joint and muscle pain all over body.Naucious, loss of appetite ,tender upper abdomen and now some burning with urination.One blood test back only says elevated inflammation I think esr 45.Body sore to touch.

My doctor mentioned hepatitus but hoping not the case I don't have all results back.
All quite foggy in the head

Hi, seems like you had some infection. Cannot rule out hepatitis. blood panel for hepatitis A,B,C,E will tell though elevated ESR is uncommon in viral infection.
