Could Sensation Of Fluid Moving In Head Be Due To Previous Head Injury?

I am a 44 year old male. I have high blood pressure and currently on Amlod At & Rosuvastatin. I am suffering from continuous headache for the past 5 years or so. I thought it was because of the stress of the workload. But today I felt like some fluid moving at the back of my head while walking. I had a bike accident 10 years ago in which my head suffered an impact because i had not put on a helmet. But I have not had an MRI or CT following the accident. Could this sensation of fluid be related to the incident? Thankyou!

Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Please get an MRI Scan of the brain done. The fluid which you might be feeling, it could be a localized collection of the pus called as an abscess, so please review with your Neuro Physician as early possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
