Could Reduced Blood Pressure Levels Be Due To Low Haemoglobin?

I have 10.6 as my iron level. 4 mos before it was 13.6. I had major back surgery in early Dec 2014. 6Pts blood were needed2 more at rehab. I have been home doing very well. Few days ago started getting slight headache today making something to eat and felt slightly dizzy. Eating, 5 4 155lbs female post menopause . Checked BP 2x 107/72 and 102/70. Both normal. Could it be iron has dropped lower? I m scared and really don t need ER for 6Hrs
