Could Recurring Yeast Infection On Penis Indicate HIV Infection?

69 years old, take lisonipril, toporal, crestor, zetia, viatmins. i had/have a diagnosed yeast infection almost 90 days, very yeasty. 7 days of clotirimozole did nothing. Went to clinic, all blood test for STD neg. Then started 7 days clotrimzaole again with 1 fluconzole tablet. Better results, but not gone. Tried one more 7 day seession, 1 tablet fluconizole with Nystatin cream. No change after two days. I remebered the nurse saying if this doesn t do it, proably an underlying cause, diabetes, HIV, etc. I stopped all heart and other drugs, after two more days improvement. Looked almost normal at the end of 7 days. I have diabetes symptoms of weakness, shaky when don t eat on time, but not the disease. I am high normal. After 10-12 days I remarked to myself how normal my penis looked and said I was cured. After masteurbating I noticed skin peel like yeast infection back. Did 7 more days of colotimazole and left over Nystatin on my own. Looked a little red, like a mnor skin iritation, after 7 days on maybe half the shaft from the folds to the head. No itching or peeling. Gets bright red on head and shaft when erect. Skin still seems thin . Scheduled for another HIV test next week. Am very anxiety ridden and depressed. HIV scares me. I have had sweats about 5 times, but no other symptoms.
