Could Recurring Stiff Neck, Shaking Body And Extreme Fear Be Panic Disorder?

Stiff Neck, Extreme uncontrollably shaking, rapid heart rate, anxiety, extreme feeling of fear (like I sometimes have the feeling to call 9-1-1) This sometimes comes out of no where... Or when I feel nervous. This will probably happen a few times a week or won t come in a year. It last s a few minutes or even 3 hours. What is this? Is it panic disorder? How can I prevent it?

Thank you for the question. If there are no environmental known causes, then you needn;t fear. Learn meditation and calm deep breathing exercises and do deep breathing during panic attacks with auto-suggestion that it shall pass off.If you have an starting aura, take clonazipam 0.5 mg daily along with neurobion forte once a day for 3 weeks. Also see an neurologist and get EEG of brain done to rule out any forms of seizures or epilepsy. If found positive, then there is specific treatment for it.If negative (normal) then see a clinical psychologist or a counseler.
