Could Rate Of Metabolism Be The Cause For Under Weight?

I am so skinny! I'm 21 and probably done growing. Extremely thin clavicals, pencil neck, very small head, chicken legs, just overall bone structure of a 13 year old. Used to workout, gained some muscle mass, but now I look even more unproportionate. Is it my metabolism keeping me from gaining weight? Hi thanks for posting your query.I have gone through your details. According to my opinion weight gain and weight loss depends upon BMR ( basal metabolic rate) .In order to gain weight you have to keep your metabolism good by eating well balanced diet and doing yoga and meditation .
Here are effective tips for gaining weight
Have banana/banana shake twice a day.
Boil milk with almonds,dates and drink
Soak few raisins and almonds overnight and consume in the morning.
Have high calorie diet
Have more dairy products like cheese,ghee,paneer,in the diet frequently.
Have chyavanprash daily in the morning.
Eat 4-5 meals a day.
Take a light nap after a noon meal.
Boost up your appetite by walking daily for at least 30 min.
Practise yoga daily like sarvangasan,bhujangasan,shavasan,yoga nidra.
I will advise few ayurvedic preparations like ashvagandha avaleha,shatavri kalpa,kushmanda avaleha for weight gain.
