Could Pain, Small Fissures And Red Patches In Glans On The Next Day Of Unprotected Sex Be Herpes?

I had unprotected sex with a new partner last night. Soon after we started I started feeling a pain on both sides of my penis glans as if it was rubbing against teeth or something else hard. Today there appears to be two small fissures on the site of the edge of my glans where I first felt the pain, two red patches on top of the glans near the fissures and two bumpy rashes just below the glans. All are sore and uncomfortable. I'm worried I've contracted herpes but it happened straight away. Is there anything else it could be?

Thanks for query.

You have developed fissures and red patches on glans penis next after unprotected sex with new partner.

This is mostly due to dry rough vigorous unprotected sex .

Herpes 2 infection takes 3-5 days to appear after sex with infected person.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
