Hi,

According to this you have 2 problem:
1) Fibroadenoma: is a benign condition no need to worry much about it risk of transforming into cancer is less than 1% already you had a mammogram so based on the size you should look for treatment. If size is less than 1 cm you can go with follow up with some medication like TAB primosa 1000mcg, vitamin E tablets. If more than 1 cm or severe pain or persistent for long time you need to go for surgery, surgical options simple removal of lump through scar-less incision

Coming to your second problem:
2) Abdominal pain is due various reasons: can be due to gastritis, peptic ulcer, pancreatitis or others. For this, start with some management, plenty of water, high fiber diet, low spicy food, antacids like Pantoprazole 40 mg, syrup Sucral O 10 ml, tab Buscopan for 14 days. If it doesn't resolve, consult a gastroenterologist for endoscopy. Based on this, we go for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tata Lokesh Kumar, General Surgeon
