I have gone through the toxicology report given in your query, I am of the opinion that basically all the drugs mentioned work by depressing the functions of the brain producing drowsiness, agitation, fall in BP, decreased breathing, loss of consciousness or coma (if taken in large toxic doses). Taken together in toxic doses this combination of three drugs can be fatal. Such patients are required to be treated in ER with resuscitation and maintenance of the airway, and use of specific antidotes like Inj Naloxone for Morphine and Physostigmine for Benadryl.
