Could Non Penetrative Sex Cause Delayed Periods?

Q: Doctor i. M 21 yr old grl. I hv missed my periods it has been 20 days now. Last it was on 21 aug. N im having white discharge in my urine n feel wetness. N also pain in back n abdomen pain sometime. I didn t had sex. Around 3 sep I n my bf we were together we jst huge each other. Due to arousal he was wet. Can that wetness pass through clothes and make me pregnant there was atleast 3 layer of clothing as we both were dressedup. please help me out its jst my periods are delayed. Due to hormonal imbalance or im pregnant? I was also taking a homeopathy medicine frm last 2 months to hv proper periods. Is it causing any hormonal imbalance in my body. please help me wid a proper answer im vry mch worried
