Could Nighttime Incontinence Be Due To Potassium Channelopathy?

I have had 3 episodes of nighttime incontinence, very little to entirely drenched. I am 52 yrs old have 2 children, but also have a potassium channelopathy. I was wondering if this could be a result of the channelopathy? I have never had this problem before.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking a question
Your concern being appreciated, the symptoms of incontinency is not due to the pathy that you have but it seems to be due to urinary track infection it is pretty common in female, initially it can be managed conservatively, like drink more water in day time but prior to bed reduce the intake of water, bladder training would be helpful,
Do not rush for avoiding immediately but just hold it down till you can
get done the urine analysis, lower abdomen ultrasonography, condition could be due to urinary stone and for that get done the x-ray of kidney ureter and bladder, if is the infection then it has to be treated with specific antibiotic
hope this information helps.
