Could Nausea, Fatigue, Headache And Sensation Of Diarrhea Indicate Gastritis?

Hi, I am 5 7 , 175lbs and have been experiencing nausea, headaches, fatigue and a diarrhea sensation (but no diarrhea) for the last five days. I have never experienced this before and I m not sure what caused it. Is it possibly gastritis? The nausea and headache usually goes away after I eat but I don t have much of an appetite sometimes.

Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
I think you are experiencing symptoms of a viral infection of your gastrointestinal tract. Gastritis may be possible but it is a part of the viral infection you are having. All the symptoms you describes suggests that.
The treatment of this condition would be a kind of supportive with drugs which remove the symptoms and help the digestion.
So I would recommend you to take lactic ferments to ease the digestion and arrange the bacterial flora of your intestine.
If you have heartburn, or gastric pain, you may try Ranitidin and Buscopan (butylscopolamine) for some days to reduce the gastric acid production and abdominal cramps too. Try to maintain a light diet with soups, high fibers foods, and keep well hydrated.

I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it and write a short review about your experience with me!
Thank you and best regards!
