Could Nausea And Light Headedness Be Due To Smoking?

I since I was 15 years old I am now 42 years old I have not changed the brand and all that time, for some reason the last couple days I have been getting very nauseous lightheaded shaking and I m wondering if it s because of the cigarettes. I have also noticed that when I am nauseous what do I do, I smoke a cigarette! So can it possibly be the cigarettes

it can be due to smoking. in one day smoking does not give any smokerelated symptoms. it takes time to effect lungs paranchyma. better to stop smoking since changes are revercible.
