Could Nausea And Dizziness Be The Causative Symptoms Of Heart Disease?

Why do I have an abnormal heart beat, like sometimes it beats twice when its only suppose to beat once and other times my heart just hurts alot , and also sometimes when I walk I get dizzy out of nowhere. I have seen a doctor and she sent me in to get an EKG done but they say nothings wrong with me? That im perfectly healthy, but I just don t understand why I feel extremely nauscious and dizzy and my heart hurts if I m healthy. So please what do you think I should do?

Your main problem is nausea, dizziness , heart hurts ( according to you ) , heart beat twice ( according to you ).
E K G is normal .
As all these symptoms mentioned by you may be due to .
1 Hyper acidity or gastritis , as all these symptoms may be due to hyper acidity.
The reason of gastritis or hyper acidity may be fried food , over eating , tension , anxiety ( in your case anxiety may be the main reason ) .
In my opinion consult a physician/ psychiatrist and get his opinion.
2 The 2nd reason of such type of symptoms may be depression .
On the one side you mentioned that there is double heart beat , while in E K G each and every report about heart is normal , so depression may be the another reason .
In my opinion control your diet and avoid fried food , fatty food , spicy food .
Consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
