Hello,

You are having lower back pain, feeling of vomiting and cramps post periods. Ovulation in a 28 day cycle commonly occurs on the 14th day Ovulation does not occur immediately post period. You have mentioned nothing about your sex life, whether you are sexually active or not. Symptoms of ovulation includes cramps, light spotting, bloating, breast tenderness, increased sex drive, increased basal body temperature, nausea, headache, breast soreness, cervical mucous changes, etc.

However, if you have been sexually active and are planning for a baby you can use an ovulation monitor and get clinically examined by an OBGYN to know the time of ovulation accurately. You can get clinically examined by an OBGYN, stay away from addictions if any. Avoid stress, anxiety and tension (emotional or physical). If you are sexually active and miss periods you should get urine test for pregnancy done to detect pregnancy/ectopic pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
