Could Light And Short Periods After Unprotected Sex Indicate Implantation Bleeding?

About 6 days after I had unprotected sex, I started what I thought was my period, but it only lasted about a 1 day and was very light. Could it have been implantation spotting? Or would it have been too soon? Also, I recently noticed white-ish vaginal discharge, and my breasts are getting really sore. I m also tired a lot. Maybe I m just overthinking. I m on birth control, so my period has been coming at different times every month. Could I be pregnant? Help. ):

I understand your concern.
there are very less chances of being pregnant while on birth control pills. plus you have said you have irregular periods. whitish vaginal discharge is a common finding around the time for periods. it is not always pathological.
anyways, the best test to do for pregnancy is home urine pregnancy test which you should do after about a week later. but chances of it being positive is quite unlikely.
