Could It Be The Pregnacare Conception Delaying My Periods?

I have been taking pregnacare conception for two months, my periods are normally regualar, I am now 4 weeks late and no sign of my period, I have taken 3 preganancy test one each week and thy all come up negative. Could it be the pregnacare conception?
