Could Inflammation Of Eye And Tearing Of Mucus Be Immediate Matter Of Concern?
My one and a half year old daughter has a sporadic bad cough for the last two days. She coughed hard enough to vomit once this morning, and once this evening. It also appears she is now developing a red inflamed eye with tearing and mucus. Can this wait til morning? Any thoughts.

Redness and mucoid discharge from eye is suggestive of Conjunctivitis (infection) . You can go to doctor in the morning(I dont know which morning) as it is not an emergency as such. But it is required to go to a doctor as early as possible. All the best.
