Could Increased Chest Pain, Mild Acid Reflux, Rumbling Stomach And Fatigue Be Due To Intake Of Metroprol Er?

Hi, I m taking metroprol er .50 mm once daily for 3 day s now. For a-fib, I ve noticed an increase in minor chest pain accompanied by mild Acid Reflex (light belching). Today before eating I had a BP of 143/85 P 54. after I ate I felt better BP decreased to 115/76 P 65. this is my normal P and BP. My stomach rumbles more than usual feel very tired today. I may be undergoing an ablation in a few weeks so I ve been swimming a half mile every other day and doing various cardio work out to be in the best shape possible before procedure. I m a 42 yr old male. is this a normal thing for patients on Metroprol er.
