Dear friend, hope u r well.
Here I would like to mention about ur worry. Mere presence of cough and a tinge of blood with sputum cannot be indicator of HIV/AIDS. U r worry because probably u had sex with some sex worker or may be unprotected sex with someone unknown. If u r not sure about ur partners HIV status its my advice to get ur HIV test done. This is the only way u can clear ur mind about (?) HIV or not HIV.
Second thing a week cough or blood stained sputum may be because of as simple as oral or nasal mucusal (skin of mouth) injury, some infection or more severe causes. So its better to get ur HIV test to rule out ur worry.

Best wishes
