General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The issue does not sound in relation with rupture of colon or else, but mostly neuritic pain via nerve compression and the posterior hip joint or lower sacral region with referred pain involving the adjacent dermatome of the supply.
* An approach with neurologist and consultant surgeon will together diagnose the issue at its best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
